Echo is in the bathtub. A “California Girls” cover by The Avett Brothers is playing low. She pours more Mr. Bubble into the bathtub. Her iPhone gets a text message. The message reads “Look out the window”. Echo  walks naked, covered in pink Mr. Bubble bubbles over to her bathroom window. From the street we see her. She presses her hands on the glass. From the bathroom window we see Gustav, in a bathrobe, playing a recorder.

INT. BATHROOM - LATER

Gustav and Echo are naked in the bathtub. Gustav is playing “California Girls” on his recorder.

ECHO: I’m not even from California.

GUSTAV: It doesn’t matter.

ECHO: It does. Let’s move there.

GUSTAV: No.

ECHO: Why?

GUSTAV: Because, I’ve never been outside of Brooklyn.

ECHO: Don’t be scared. I’ll protect you.

Gustav starts crying. He rests his head in her breasts and his recorder slowly sinks. He grabs her breasts, like he is holding a new puppy. He starts to make love to her.

GUSTAV: Being inside you…

ECHO: What?

Gustav muffles his tears in bubbles.
